JOB SUMMARY
Module X Solutions is looking for a skilled, hands-on Concrete Finisher to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you'll prepare, pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications. You'll use a variety of hand and power tools to create smooth or textured finishes while ensuring the concrete meets the required measurements, depth, and slope. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, pour, spread, and finish concrete according to project requirements.
- Smooth, level, and texture concrete surfaces to achieve the required finish.
- Set and position concrete forms to maintain proper depth, slope, and dimensions.
- Fill and patch voids or imperfections in concrete surfaces.
- Finish concrete edges, joints, and expansion joints using appropriate tools.
- Operate hand and power tools, including concrete vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure work meets specifications.
- Inspect completed work for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet production deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on concrete finishing experience
- Knowledge of spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces
- Familiarity with concrete finishing tools and power equipment
- Basic measuring skills, including reading a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with concrete finishing tools and equipment
- Basic knowledge of concrete forms, leveling, and surface finishing
- Previous work in construction, concrete, or a manufacturing environment
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
